Argos 0.3.0 — a rollup release bundling four changes landed since 0.2.0, expanding Argos from "network + basic FPS" into a four-signal APM tool (network, crash, jank, resource) with an event-type-aware Inspector and a hardened storage layer.

pub.dev publishing is deferred. This release cuts the GitHub tag and Release now; argos 0.3.0 is not yet published to pub.dev. Downstream consumers should depend on the v0.3.0 git tag until the pub.dev publish lands. Per the project's release-process (Mode B), the deferred publish will re-run verification on this tagged commit, and if pubspec.yaml or lib/ has drifted a new patch version will be cut instead.
