Details

• try_load_vault_password now falls back to OS keychain when vault
  doesn't have the host (migration for vaults created empty)
• seed_vault_from_panels now imports from keychain when panel has
  no in-memory password (vault created after keychain entries)
• VaultUnlocked now reloads vault passwords into panels so upgrade
  view shows Stored instead of will prompt after unlock
• build.sh now codesigns the binary with a stable identifier so
  keychain Always Allow persists across rebuilds
