Details

Restored Docker/Fetch views came back dead: fresh gen-0 panels showing
"connecting..." forever, because no backing task is ever spawned for a
restored view while the monitor stream updates history without painting.
One d press poisoned all panels and state.toml, so every later launch
restored the dead view. Mode::for_startup now maps task-backed views
(Docker, Fetch, Upgrade, Alerts) to Monitor on both persist and restore,
which also heals state files older builds already poisoned. Pinned by
view_restore_test.rs (all six variants plus the fixed-point property).

Also new: ./install.sh builds via ./build.sh and installs to
$(brew --prefix)/bin with the stable ad-hoc signature; docs cover the
install flow and per-session views; removed two unreferenced tracked blobs
(~900 KiB) and dangling docs/performance.md references.
