Administration / User Management

TREAM Users

Everyone who should have any access to TREAM must be added here.

Teams

To define user groups that have all the same access rights. E.g. if a member of a team adds a new portfolio, automatically all members of the team have access to this portfolio.

Team members

To manage which user is part of which team.

Portfolio access

Define which portfolio can be seen or managed by which team or single user. If a user have access to all portfolios of a mandate, he can also see the mandate.

User types

Only to rename the predefined system user roles. Based on these types the basic access control is done. E.g. only administrator users can see the administration menu and with that add new users and assign user to a team or allow portfolio access. The user types are used to define the system access level.

User rights

Only to rename the types of predefined portfolio access rights. The user rights are used to define the portfolio access level.
