Small fix to make the plugin compatible with new Electron Cash. Thanks to @molecular for suggesting the fix.

adds one-input-to-two-output transaction option

Added option to send transactions in a one-input-to-two-outputs manner,
in order for the transactions to look more 'normal' on the blockchain,
as the majority of transactions are 1-to-2.
