Ownership

This crate owns the Lottie artwork kithara-ui ships, read once per process, and the emitter that draws one frame of a Lottie composition into the kithara-ui-draw list.

Contract

• A frame is drawn whole or refused whole. An artwork that asks for something the draw list has no word for — a trim, a mask, a matte, a ramped stroke — is refused by name through LottieError and leaves the list untouched. A partly drawn frame would show a picture no designer authored.
• Compositions are read by velato; this crate owns only the walk from a velato composition to draw commands.
