Check for firmware updates immediately after including a device

Currently, trying to update a device one has owned but not included for a while is a bit frustrating because even if a firmware update is available, HA delays checking. So the user is waiting without any idea if or when the firmware update will show up, before they are able to install the device in its final location.

Please confirm that the code change should be done in Home Assistant, and if so that the trigger for the firmware update check should be the "interview completed" node event.
