This release standardizes the storage format as bigEndian.

In addition it introduces Export and InsertRaw and RemoveRaw methods as well as a Merge method to allow patch updated to be applied to existing KVS object for insertion or deletion with checksum assurances.

Adds a kvs-keva generator to the current tool suite.

This release is incompatible with all proceeding v1.1.x releases.
