AI Open Source Intelligence v0.3.1

The first complete Plugin pre-release: one unified evidence-backed Skill plus nine anonymous, read-only AI Open Source Radar MCP tools.

What is included

  • One entry point for project discovery, fact and license verification, comparison, alternatives, and candidate stack planning.
  • A bundled Hosted MCP connection to https://mcp.aiworkstation.cn/mcp.
  • Bilingual routing and evaluation coverage, explicit hard/preferred constraint handling, snapshot consistency, bounded retry, and evidence freshness rules.
  • Python CLI/SDK and local MCP runtime for scripts, development, and self-hosting.
  • Fail-closed candidate evidence for CI, Codex acceptance, live contracts, Hosted deployment identity, and deterministic packaging.

Install and test

Codex / ChatGPT desktop Codex host

codex plugin marketplace add \

Install AI Open Source Intelligence from that marketplace, restart the client, and start a new thread.

ChatGPT web Developer mode

Register https://mcp.aiworkstation.cn/mcp with No Authentication. The public directory listing remains pending platform review.

Product boundary

This remains an Alpha pre-release. The tools are anonymous, read-only, non-destructive, and data/evidence-only. The host model performs reasoning; AI Workstation server-side model execution, Premium tools, OAuth, payments, and write actions are not part of this release. Missing or stale evidence remains explicit, and license output is not legal advice.
