• Opening a dashboard note shows the dashboard, on desktop and phone: from
  the file list, the quick switcher, a link or a new tab. "Open as note" in
  the file menu, or "Open as text" on the dashboard, shows the note itself,
  and Back returns to it. A setting turns this off.
• The command "Remove old .json dashboards and cache files". Once every
  device runs ReadOut 1.1, it sends the old .json copies where your deleted
  files go. It only moves a .json whose note exists and matches it.

Changed

• The README and the in-vault help say plainly what ReadOut does on a phone
  and why dashboards are notes, and the install section leads with Community
  plugins (the manual install is still there).
• A dashboards tab remembers which dashboard it shows when Obsidian restarts.

Fixed

• A dashboards tab closed while it is still drawing stops quietly.
