Rules that only lived in prose kept being broken: illegal font sizes, missing corners, mobile overflow and UI copy written for the developer. The starter now measures the rendered page instead of trusting the prose.
npm run audit -- <url> opens a page in WebKit at 1280, 390 and 320px, in dark and light. It fails on a size outside 80/24/16/14px or a weight outside 400/500, a missing corner, sideways scroll or a light first paint. It warns about developer-facing copy. The skill states the legal scale, adds a copy rule and requires a passing audit. evals/scenarios.md holds five fixed scenarios.
Validation: CI audits the generated starter (PASS) and confirms an off-contract fixture fails every check. On sandbox, www.zyx.tw passes. ui.zyx.tw fails on 600-weight headings in its Markdown demo, which is a real finding.
