A small update on top of 0.2.0, the first public release: better talking-head defaults and post copy.

Highlights

• Talking heads default to the notes look: clean caption cards with keywords you review before the render.
• Post title and body from the final captions: each clip gets a draft title and post text written from what
  you actually said after the edit, ready to paste or fill into the upload page.
• Mac App Store edition prepared: the sandboxed Lite build names no other download and links nowhere.
• Signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple (macOS, Apple silicon); Windows x64 is an unsigned preview.

• 根据最终字幕自动起草每条视频的标题和正文，可直接粘贴或填入上传页。
• 为 Mac App Store 版做好准备：沙盒版不再出现其它下载入口或外链。
• macOS（Apple 芯片）已签名并经 Apple 公证；Windows x64 为未签名预览版。
