governed-memory release.
0.21.2 = MIT retained with a clear public maintainer identity that does not print a real-world name.

- Updated the MIT copyright notice to identify the maintainer through the public
GitHub handlezzhang82. - Kept
Agent Memory Bridge contributorsin the notice as a collective label
for future contributors without printing the maintainer's real-world name. - Retained the MIT license and its existing redistribution notice requirement.

Boundaries
This patch does not change MCP/server runtime behavior, retrieval behavior,
