Fix account-card clipping in the menu panel.

  • Move the outer card margins inside the full-width scroll viewport so native glass rims and shadows have room to render.
  • Prevent adjacent account surfaces from merging and reduce excess spacing while retaining native Liquid Glass.
  • Keep the footer outside the scrolling account list.

계정 카드의 유리 가장자리와 그림자가 네모난 목록 경계에 잘리던 문제를 수정했습니다. 카드 간격과 내부 여백도 줄여 기본 계정 세 개를 더 작게 표시합니다.

Validation: 44 regression tests and native localization checks on macOS 14/26 CI. Rendered layout checked on macOS 27 with three accounts in Korean and six synthetic accounts in English, including the end of the scrolling list. Account routing and reset-credit behavior are unchanged; no real credits consumed.

Apple Silicon, macOS 14+. Native Liquid Glass requires macOS 26+. Ad-hoc signed; not Apple-notarized.
