WP Compatibility Check Against WP Core 7.1

Description of the Change

Tested compatibility against WP Core 7.1 RC1. The plugin functions as expected with the 7.1 RC1

Closes #117

How to test the Change

1. Update WP Core version to 7.1 RC1 using any methods described here
2. Create a post with blocks in it
3. Index the blocks
4. Navigate to the block catalog page
5. Catalog should reflect block catalog count correctly
6. No error message in browser console
