Gutenberg Issue: Reusable blocks are not being distributed

I am having an issue where distributing a post with a "reusable block", all the content goes through except the reusable block. In the target site's post where the reusable block would be it says "Block has been deleted or is unavailable" (Screenshot 1)

I have found a workaround is to manually click on the reusable block on the distributing site and say "Convert to Regular block" (Screenshot 2)

Seems like we will need to distribute the actual stored reusable block as well, fairly certain we don't do this right now. It's somewhat similar to attachment distribution as well, on the technical front maybe we need to think of it as related object distribution.

Has anything been done on the "related object distribution" front since this Issue was first posted? I have a client who attempted to use a Reusable Block today as well, and ran into this same problem.

@dmchale thanks for checking in and for supporting Distributor with your clients! We have not made progress on this, but if you're able to work on a PR then I'd gladly ensure we get that through review and included in a Distributor release.

With no related PR this late in the release cycle, I'm punting this to our next release in hopes that we'll get a PR to cover this then.
