Fixed softlock with freeze and shadowtag.
Brought freeze up to gen3 parity 1/5 chance to unfreeze and fire attacks melt freeze status
Added XP bar to gen1 to match gen2 blue bar below hp bar.
several other small bug fixes (like moon stone evolves stuff right)
also fixed pallet for ray
