Fixed softlock with freeze and shadowtag.
Brought freeze up to gen3 parity 1/5 chance to unfreeze and fire attacks melt freeze status

gen2 kanto gym circuit and their trainers have been also overhauled to have a better level progression
rare candy system added to gen2 with level caps to match the new kanto progression. Expect more kanto work for gen2 soon.
The trainers, trades and special battle circuts have been also overhauled to the improved level curve for gold kanto
added icon assingments in party menu for the gen3 mon in gold.
fixed issue with national/regional toggle causing dex to wipe.
