2.2.0 for Minecraft 26.2

First working build of Ignoring on Minecraft 26.2.

Minecraft 26.2 ships unobfuscated, so Yarn no longer publishes mappings for it and the
whole mod was moved onto Mojang's official names. The renderer also split into a submit
phase and an execute phase, which is what most of the porting work went into.

Ported

• Chat, tab list, click through, entity transparency, config screen and hotkeys
• Loom without a remapping step, Java 25, Gradle 9.5.1, loader 0.19.5,
  Fabric API 0.159.0+26.2, Cloth Config 26.2.155, Mod Menu 20.0.1

Added

• !ignoring:version, printing the installed build
• Options to hide server drawn name plates and particles around ignored players
• Name suggestions on the ignore commands
• CI that builds the mod and boots the client to check every mixin still applies

Removed

• The two Sodium compatibility mixins. Sodium 0.9.x for 26.2 no longer has the hooks
  they attached to, and no longer replaces the path they were compensating for.

Requires Fabric API, Cloth Config and Java 25. Mod Menu is optional.
