DARB v0.11.0

• Home Assistant's floors and areas now go to DARB as rooms -- when HA starts, on every
  full update, and the moment you add, rename or remove one. DARB keeps its own rooms beside
  them (names follow HA; DARB's shapes and zones are never touched; an area HA removes is kept
  and marked). A DARB speaker or robot belongs to one of these rooms, so "turn off the lights"
  said in the living room means the living room's lights.
