Redesigned the Ghostscript install interaction (per docs/design-spec-pdf-ghostscript-ux.md):

• Global install banner at the top of the result list (single state machine; all affected PDFs trigger one install)
• Auto-retries every affected item after a successful install
• On failure, shows the full error (incl. manual install commands) + retry button
• Banner copy is i18n-ed (Chinese / English / Traditional Chinese, and more)
• Save dialog filter names now match the output extension
• Cleaned up dead code (unused install dialog & store state)

Ghostscript install prompt changed from a global modal to an inline bar on error cards:

• When Ghostscript is missing, an "Install" button appears on the error card
• macOS: Homebrew auto-install; Windows: official installer, silent; Linux: apt
• Auto-retries that compression item after install
