Release list
v0.1.3
Added
- A PKGBUILD for Arch Linux, in
packaging/aur.
Fixed
- A Discord call with Vesktop on no channel split into nobody: Vesktop is now put on the voice chat's channel when there is one, and Pipedeck says so, or says to put it on one.
- Building Vesktop's plugin with a Node.js older than Vencord's pnpm needs failed inside pnpm. Pipedeck now builds with a newer one that nvm, fnm or volta keeps, when there is one, and says which versions it found otherwise.

v0.1.2
Added
- The mixer can be exported to a file and imported from one, in the settings, without the Stereo Tool key.
- Software centres such as GNOME Software and Discover describe Pipedeck, with its screenshots and what each release changed.
- Pipedeck builds as a Flatpak, for Flathub. In the sandbox, starting with the session goes through the desktop's portal; OpenDeck is closed and started by hand around installing its plugin and laying out its profiles; StreamController's and Vesktop's plugins are installed from outside; and the application in front, which needs KWin, is left out.
Fixed
- A channel's and a mix's windows scroll when the mixer's window is too short for them, rather than spilling out of it.
- When building Vesktop's plugin fails, Pipedeck says which step failed and why, and keeps all of what it printed in
~/.cache/pipedeck/vencord-build.log.

v0.1.1
Changed
- A microphone's effects go on the keys left, no longer on a dial.
- On a Stream Deck +, the call's profile puts its people on the dials alone, shown on the touch strip, and the key back to the mixer wears an arrow.
Removed
- From the OpenDeck plugin, the Call action and Follow calls: OpenDeck does not let them switch profiles. StreamController keeps both.
Fixed
- On OpenDeck, the Call key goes to the call's profile and back. OpenDeck takes a profile switch only from its Starter Pack, so the laid-out Call keys are now its Switch Profile.

v0.1.0
The first release.
Mixer
- A matrix of channels and mixes, with a fader and a mute in every cell.
- Channels for applications or capture devices, and applications attached to a channel moved onto it as they start playing.
- Up to five mixes, each an input device for OBS or a call, playing to any number of output devices.
- Meters on every channel, mix and cell.
- Choosing the headphones you listen on, and which mixes you hear there.
- Levels kept in step with the desktop's volume controls.
- Surviving PipeWire and WirePlumber restarts.
Effects
- Noise suppression, an equaliser, a de-esser and a compressor, built in.
- VST3 plug-ins, and Thimeo's Stereo Tool, on a channel.
- Switching an effect off without removing it.
Integrations
- OpenDeck and StreamController plugins, with ready-made layouts for the Stream Deck, Stream Deck + and XL.
- With Vesktop, a Discord call split into one sub-track per person.
- On KDE, sending the application in front to a channel from a Stream Deck key.
Desktop
- Keeping the mixer running in the notification area with its window closed, and starting with the session.
- .deb, .rpm and AppImage packages.
