Loads of improvements. The most important are

1. Completely dropped jQuery (was still used in pipeline/query designer)
2. Full update of jsPlumb (used in the query designer) - which fixed various issues
3. Added the very powerfull caching system for Imazen ImageResizer (and updated the license with that)
4. Added awesome simple / advanced filters from Imazen
5. Include PDB files with distribution, which helps in reporting errors

Smaller things

1. Good error message when deleting content-items fails
2. Views can still be edited even if relevant content has been deleted
3. Support for Ctrl+S in pipeline designer and edit-entities
4. Razor-Styling (marking the @ character) in the code editor
