Important improvements

1. content-types can now have metadata - to provide multi-language labels
2. content-types can now have instruction texts which are shown in the edit-dialog on top
3. code editor can now edit all files in the app-folder structure and can create new files
4. all data can now be persisted to a folder .data to enable app-versioning with git

minor / hidden features

1. metadata-assignment-ids reserved for up to 100, to ensure that we can now communicate it for use for higher numbers
2. a hidden input-type string-contenttype was added in preparation for future features
3. a hidden input-type string-template was added in preparation for future features

1. icon-classes renamed to ensure no-conflicts with icon-libraries
