Release with some minor fixes

1. Bug: tokens in Visual Query don't continue into properties #1299
2. Feature: mark group headings in content-type field list #1301
3. Bug: can't delete field in content-type, if it was already used #1303
4. Bug: inner-content container-field always visible #1304
5. Bug: related entities on publish-enabled evoq are also draft-forced

Note: as of 2017-09-21 there seems to be a bug which causes trouble editing - we're looking into it.
