Intensive new logging features

2sxc 9.6 offers an intensive new internal logging feature, which will help find out exactly what's happening internally.

Main Features

1. logging framework which can log just about everything happening internally #1308
2. logging added to almost all web-api endpoints, to ensure log is added whenever an exception is thrown #1308
3. logging added to almost all web-api endpoints, to ensure optional logging when requested #1308
4. UI added to enable intensive web-api logging on demand, but only for a limited time (1-10 minutes) #1311
5. View logging added to log to the page itself, when intensive logging has been enabled #1312
