Toggle Open Windows

Automatically minimize all open windows on game launch and maximize them again on exit

(in Global Menu and Global Config) Minimize all open windows on game start and maximize them when the game exits, using xprop.

• TOGGLEWINDOWS: toggle visibility of all open windows on start/stop

This is mostly useful when using Side by Side VR to make it as comfortable as possible to switch between the game and the VR video player window.
