🔴 DCPR (DEMON CLEANER PAD RECOGNISER)

This is a momentous release!! At LAST a system within DKEU that will help you setup your nozzle cleaning system in either fully Linear to fully Random modes, all done by using specially designed Mainsail & KlipperScreen interfaces!

Important variables are set by the user as the system guides you through the process step by step with the UI! Choose cleaning modes, locate your nozzle cleaner, set XY start positions, set cleaning heights, & draw out cleaning paths!

Then DCPR takes all that information & presents it to you on Mainsail, you can edit it as you like & change any value on either KlipperSreen or Mainsail & you can hit the "SHOW ME" button & the printer will move to the specified locations you have chosen to show you what you have set so you can check that it's correct. It will even draw out your chosen cleaning path for you! 😱

Not only this DCPR has fully integrated safety features that stop out or range move requests & even will prevent your nozzle hitting your bed by stopping it just short of Z0.00! This means you can use the system know there should be a level of protection helping to avoid any printer damage!

DCPR will NOT allow automated setups to clean below bed height. This can be overridden by manually changing values in the settings file after use if so desired. Although this is VERY bad idea! Easy way to damage your printer if it goes wrong!

Lastly DCPR takes all your settings after you're done setting, editing & checking them & automatically SAVES them to your the Demon Cleaning Variables file - so there is no need to manually set them yourself! DCPR knows & does it all for you!

Tip

Be sure to reload the new Demon Mainsail Backup .json file to bring up the new macro button after updating your install of DKEU to the latest version.

Update your KlipperScreen.conf file to add the new Prepare menu button! Check expandable section, CLICK HERE!

Note

You will STILL need to activate the cleaning system before first use! This is safety measure so you need to open the settings file & check that all is correct!

🔴 AUTOMATED LEGACY MODE FOR OLD KLIPPER VERSIONS

The process is now fully automated. The variable available in the previous versions to set if you have an old version of Klipper has now been removed as it is no longer needed. DKEU checks for you & knows! All you gotta do is hit print!!

🔴 IMPROVED START ERROR DETECTION

Improved error detection during print start process, will not allow starting of prints without correct code, will check the start process completes correctly & checks for missing SPS call.
