Open Codex V157.0.0

Fix generated-image delivery to both the Open Codex desktop conversation and WeChat.
Reuse the validated inline image bytes for WeChat upload instead of fetching an expiring provider URL a second time.
Preserve legacy URL delivery and existing API services.
