This release fixes the Windows installer preparation path that could abort an
otherwise valid per-user installation when the optional Chrome native-host
registration failed.

• Core installation failures still stop with a diagnostic log.
• Optional Chrome native-host registration is retryable after installation and
  no longer blocks the desktop client from starting.
• OpenMontage continues to use the existing H3 generation route; this package
  contains no duplicate video-generation transport.

Verify the downloaded installer with the attached SHA-256 checksum before
running it. Existing local account, model, and project data are preserved by
the installer upgrade path.
