Open Codex V163.0.0

Fix generated-image delivery for both the Open Codex desktop conversation and WeChat.
Replace oversized image tool output with a bounded local preview and direct validated-byte WeChat upload.
Use the Open Codex name in WeChat processing identity and messages.
