What exactly is the "fuzzy" option in settings -> filesize?

Basically just the title. For a bit I thought it was a bug and was reading from my music metadata for some reason (because a bunch of stuff was categorized CD-R), until I realized it was actually intentional from reading this issue.

(yes I chose this image because I read the "bulk rename" section of the readme [while I was trying to find documentation on the setting], tis indeed a good album)
