Startup fix for Apple Silicon Macs:

• fixes the x86_64/arm64 NumPy architecture mismatch when the launcher runs under Rosetta
• forces the shared Sci Python runtime to use the native arm64 architecture on Apple Silicon
• validates NumPy, SciPy, pyqtgraph and PySide6 before treating the runtime as ready
• automatically rebuilds an incompatible Sci environment

Also includes the 1.0.2 project-tree improvements:

• import multiple folders and group spectra into series
• move spectra between series and preserve the structure in IRFF projects
• publication export to PNG, JPEG, SVG and PDF

Note: the macOS package is currently unsigned and not notarized. Windows installer remains at version 0.1.8.
