Windows installer: IR_Raman_analysis_Toolkit_Setup_0.1.8.exe

Changes:

  • Fix automatic update download fallback: curl stdout and stderr logs are now separate, so the fallback no longer fails before starting.
  • Increase updater download timeout for slow GitHub connections.
  • Keep the 0.1.7 reference layer and label controls.
