v1.1.0
Object Snapper 1.1.0
This release focuses on snapping correctness. No new features — existing behavior is now reliable across more object setups.
Fixed
- Rotation-aware surface snapping — surface alignment now projects the object's bounds onto the snap direction, so rotated and off-center-pivot objects rest flush instead of leaving gaps or overlapping.
- Collider-only objects — snapping, center alignment, and preview gizmos now fall back to Collider bounds when an object has no Renderer.
- Self-hit prevention — an object can no longer snap to its own colliders (or those of its children).
- Pivot alignment — now uses the hit object's root transform instead of a possible child collider.
Changed
- Classes are wrapped in an
ObjectSnapperToolnamespace to avoid global-scope collisions when imported as a package. - Removed dead code and unused imports.
