CADaddy 0.7.0: the first CADaddy release.

Download

  • Windows: CADaddy-Windows.msi. Run it, then Next → Install → Finish. If Windows says "Windows protected your PC", click More info → Run anyway (the installer isn't code-signed yet).
  • Mac (Apple chip and Intel): CADaddy-Mac.dmg. Drag CADaddy to Applications. The first time, if your Mac says it "could not verify" CADaddy, open System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Open Anyway (the app isn't notarized yet).

What's in it

  • An AutoCAD-style ribbon, command line, object snaps, layers, dimensions, hatches, blocks, dynamic blocks and xrefs.
  • Opens and saves DWG and DXF.
  • Walk mode (View ▸ Walk) for walking through a building in 3D.
  • Help ▸ Report a Bug / Request a Feature.
