v2025.5.1 Offline mode support

This release introduces the Gaggiuino graceful offline mode support. When the polling update times out, all entities remain in their previous states except for binary_sensor.gaggiuino_availability, which changes to Disconnected.

I am not sure the logic I implemented is naturally acceptable in Home Assistant for polling devices, but this looks much more pleasant than all entities going Unavailable.
