⚠️ Notes

• Requires a 64-bit Android phone (arm64-v8a), Android 7.0+.
• Preview and playlist/profile batch were evaluated and left out — the bundled download engine can only download (it ignores metadata/listing options), so those aren't technically possible here.
• On Xiaomi/MIUI, enable Autostart + battery No restrictions for reliable background downloads.

Mone v1.0.5

Fix: Instagram downloads work again 🔧

v1.0.4 added Keystore-encrypted login, but the decryption failed at download time — so cookies never reached the engine and every Instagram download failed with "empty media response". This release reverts that encryption; your login is stored in the app's private internal storage (not readable by other apps), same as v1.0.3.

If you installed v1.0.4 and Instagram stopped working — update to this and log in again.

All other v1.0.4 features (download queue, image links, WhatsApp status saver) are unchanged and working.

⚠️ This version has a broken Instagram login — use v1.0.5 instead. The encrypted-login feature here fails to decrypt cookies, so Instagram downloads fail with "empty media response".

Background downloads + cancel 🚀

• 📥 Background downloads — downloads now run in a foreground service, so they keep going (and finish) even when you leave the app or lock the screen.
• ✖️ Cancel — stop a download from the in-app Cancel button or the Cancel action on its notification.
• 💬 Friendlier messages for rate-limited / bot-blocked sites.

Notes

• Cancel is best-effort: the download engine has no hard process-kill, so it stops the pipeline and deletes partial files, but a transfer may finish in the background.
• YouTube can be intermittent (it aggressively rate-limits and bot-checks automated downloads) — Instagram, Pinterest, X and most sites are reliable.
• On Xiaomi/MIUI phones, enable Autostart and set battery to No restrictions for Mone so the system doesn't freeze background downloads.
