Rolls the [Unreleased] changelog section into ## [0.1.7] - 2026-07-17.

Version: patch → 0.1.7

Stays on the 0.1.x track. Cargo.toml was already bumped 0.1.6 → 0.1.7 by #33; this PR only rolls the changelog and marks the release, mirroring the 0.1.6 release (#28).
