The HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN secret is now approved by the org owner, so restore the cargo-dist homebrew publish job that #37 removed: add back publish-jobs = ["homebrew"] in Cargo.toml and reinstate the publish-homebrew-formula job in release.yml (restored verbatim from the pre-#37 state, which already carried the checkout@v7 pin from #29; regenerating via dist generate is blocked by allow-dirty = ["ci"]). Roll the [Unreleased] changelog under 0.1.10.
