What's new

• Back button on the clipboard panel — a ← in the clipboard heading returns to the main surface (player, shelf, agent status) instead of collapsing, and the panel morphs between the two in place.
• No more blinking panel — the surface no longer flashes away and pops back during clipboard↔home swaps or when closing with esc; keyboard hand-off happens without the window ever leaving the screen.
• Smoother close — the collapse now travels with the same spring as the open, so esc reads as the panel gliding back into the notch rather than vanishing.
• Single-instance guard — launching a second copy of the app (say, a leftover backup build) now defers to the one already running instead of fighting it for the notch and the ⇧⌘V hotkey.
• Safer install backups — the local install script zips previous app backups so Launch Services can't accidentally relaunch them.

Download the DMG below, open it, and drag notch-911 into Applications.

This app is not notarized (no paid Apple Developer account behind it), so Gatekeeper will block the first launch claiming the app "is damaged" or "can't be checked". It isn't — remove the quarantine flag once and it opens normally from then on:
