What's new in v0.26

Desktop launch splash — a branded loading window appears while the bundled server starts, then the app opens as usual.

Task drawer — tracker pill — click the colored tracker chip to open a searchable dropdown; move a task to any tracker using the same logic as Kanban cross-tracker drops.

Save notes feedback — after saving notes, the button briefly shows a green checkmark with a smooth fade so you know it worked.

Reliable complete & priority moves — tasks resolve by fingerprint (not stale line numbers); all trackers now include every priority section (Critical → Done), so moves never fail on missing headings.

Installer art v0.26 — updated NSIS sidebar and header graphics.

• EULA text renders correctly in the installer (ASCII punctuation for NSIS)
• Task drawer focus uses theme accent color instead of black outline

HPPM v0.25

Windows release for HPPM (High Priority Project Manager) — local-first project management on markdown trackers. Your tasks stay in plain *.md files on disk; HPPM reads and writes them with six views, fourteen themes, and seven UI languages.

Follows v0.24 beta, which was the first public Windows build with full documentation, analytics, audit trail, and signature themes Chrome, Militech, and Void.

Install

1. Download HPPM_v025.exe below.
2. Run the installer.
3. On first launch, pick a workspace folder or create a project from a template.

Installer is not code-signed yet — Windows SmartScreen may warn until a certificate is added. Choose More info → Run anyway if you trust the publisher (ARPA Hellenic Logical Systems).
