HPPM v0.25

Windows release for HPPM (High Priority Project Manager) — local-first project management on markdown trackers. Your tasks stay in plain *.md files on disk; HPPM reads and writes them with six views, fourteen themes, and seven UI languages.

Follows v0.24 beta, which was the first public Windows build with full documentation, analytics, audit trail, and signature themes Chrome, Militech, and Void.

Install

  1. Download HPPM_v025.exe below.
  2. Run the installer.
  3. On first launch, pick a workspace folder or create a project from a template.

Installer is not code-signed yet — Windows SmartScreen may warn until a certificate is added. Choose More info → Run anyway if you trust the publisher (ARPA Hellenic Logical Systems).

What's new in v0.25

Keyboard & navigation

  • Global shortcuts: / search, 1–6 switch views, n new task, d show done, r refresh, a analytics, h audit, ? help
  • Task drawer: c complete, p priority, t tags, , . j k prev/next, Esc close
  • Table: ↑↓ browse rows, Enter open, v toggle sheet/list
  • Kanban & Timeline: v cycle sub-views
  • Fruits: ↑↓ and , . j k across sections
  • ? hotkeys modal — full cheat sheet in all seven UI languages

Themes

  • Umbra — dark moonlit lavender with full dark-surface mapping
  • Majestic — light gold/bronze medieval palette
  • Both include splash watermarks and Fruits intro animation (now five signature themes total)

Task drawer

  • Inline edit title and description (writes back to markdown)
  • Delete task — removes from markdown, store, and bidirectional links; logged in audit trail

Polish & fixes

  • Kanban/Timeline hide unfiltered columns/lanes when tracker or priority filters are active
  • Table sheet: sticky column headers and pinned eye toolbar while scrolling
  • Umbra: Analytics and Audit panels use correct dark glass styling
  • Date picker calendar visible in create-task and drawer modals
  • v0.25 installer sidebar and header art
