- Simplified Windows installer to avoid collision with Chia processes
- Upgraded pyinstaller & setuptool versions for better build on Windows
We're sorting out some changes w/ setuptools & pyinstaller versions, so filenames and version numbers may say v0.2.5rc1 rather than v0.2.6. We'll hopefully resolve this in the next version.
