Follow these instructions to download, install, and start using ProjectHub.

Step 1: Visit the Download Page

Step 2: Choose the Installer

On the releases page, look for the latest version. The file will usually be named like ProjectHub-Setup.exe.

  • Click the .exe file to start downloading.

Step 3: Run the Installer

Once the download finishes, find the file in your downloads folder.

  • Double-click the file named ProjectHub-Setup.exe.

Step 4: Open ProjectHub

ProjectHub uses a board and card system for managing projects and tasks. Here is how to use the main features.

Create and Manage Projects

  • Projects act as folders for related tasks.
  • Add or delete projects with easy buttons.
  • Rename projects any time by clicking the title.

Add and Edit Tasks

  • Tasks are individual to-dos within projects.
  • Set deadlines and priority levels.
  • Mark tasks complete by clicking the checkbox.
  • Rearrange tasks by dragging cards.

View Progress

  • Use the summary screen to see your active tasks.
  • Filter tasks by deadline, priority, or project.
  • Track which tasks are done and which need work.

Adjust ProjectHub to your liking:

  • Change the interface theme between light and dark modes.
  • Set default notification reminders for deadlines.
  • Connect calendar integrations for task syncing.
  • Manage user account details for privacy and security.

Settings are found under the gear icon in the top right corner.

🛡 Security and Privacy

ProjectHub keeps your data stored locally on your computer. It does not send your project information to external servers unless you sync via optional cloud settings. The app respects your privacy and does not collect personal data without permission.

🔄 Updating ProjectHub

New updates appear on the GitHub releases page. To update:

  • Visit the release page again.
  • Download the latest installer.
  • Run the installer; it will replace the old version without removing your projects.

This way, you always have the newest features and bug fixes.

❓ Troubleshooting

Here are solutions for common issues:

  • Installer won’t run: Make sure you have administrator rights and your antivirus is not blocking the file.
  • App runs slowly: Close other programs and check your internet connection. Restart your computer if needed.
  • Tasks don’t save: Confirm you have enough disk space and no permission problems with your project folder.
  • Can't open projects: Check that you are using the latest app version.
