By default KOReader don't know how to parse ComicInfo.xml embeded in Inksetter output.
Third-party plugin is required: comicmeta.koplugin

Settings

To properly read CBZ files created by Inksetter in KOReader, two conditions must be met:

• The entire screen must be available for the content.

• KOReader must not process or resize the loaded images in any way.

This requires a specific configuration of the reader:

• The status bar must be hidden. You can do this by clicking on it several times until it hides.

• The bottom of the configuration menu must be set as follows:

Page Crop - none

Margin - 0

Fit - width

View Mode - page

The remaining options can be left at their default settings after ensuring that all options in the “Additional Effects” tab are disabled:

However, these settings are saved per book, and constantly having to remember them can be inconvenient. I therefore recommend creating a directory to store the entire context created by Inksetter so that you can set default settings for the entire directory.

For example, a manga directory can be created at the root of the Kindle storage, and the file koreader/settings/directory_defaults.lua can be used to set the default options for the entire directory:
