Configure API GateWay Production Endpoint

Configure API Gateway with domains and SSL for all endpoints for the Production environment.

STEPS TO CONFIGURE PROD ENDPOINT:

Find someone from the DevOps to help get permissions and complete this. Lyndon has experience with this set up.
Steps Summarized from Jon's wiki to create a custom domain for API Gateway API. Very good wiki as well. Go to his wiki if you need more details on the steps.
Create Hosted Zone in AWS Route 53 if not already created.
Use AWS Certificate Manager to request a certificate.
Add custom domain to API Gateway and use regional API deployment option.
Create a test Lambda in production region, Oregon, to show it is working as you can test below.
Get permissions for all of these in us-west-2, Oregon, region: Cert. Manager, API Gateway, Lambda. See bug links below for more info on this.
Prod Endpoint DEMO -> https://api.2edusite.com/v1/events
The demo may not work after the sprint if the resources are cleaned up.
One thing to note, the endpoint only works with https and not http
