Editors to create formalisms

In this update, I have added a new section for editors. This build includes a basic editor to visually construct a transition systems consisting of states and directed arcs. Future builds may include the ability to export the constructed transition systems.

Also included was an updated cv and a bit of cleaning in other parts.
