NeuralBeat 1.0.0 - "The Isochronic Update"
This major release introduces Isochronic Tones support along with UI enhancements and preset restructuring.
✨ New Features
-
Isochronic Tones: A completely new beat type that generates rhythmic pulsing tones.
- Single tone (carrier) pulsed on/off at the brainwave frequency
- Works with both headphones and speakers (no stereo separation required)
- Pulse rate controls the brainwave entrainment frequency
- Carrier tone is the audible pitch you hear
-
Dynamic UI Labels: When Isochronic mode is selected, the frequency labels change to "Pulse Rate (Hz)" and "Carrier Tone (Hz)" for clarity
-
Restructured Presets: Presets are now organized into two categories:
- "Binaural Beat / Monaural Beat" - Combined for easier navigation
- "Isochronic Tone" - New section for isochronic presets
🎨 UI & UX Improvements
- Three Beat Modes: Users can now select between Binaural Beat, Monaural Beat, and Isochronic Tone
- Dynamic Box Names: The Left/Right frequency boxes now change labels based on the selected beat type
- Centered Layout: Beat Type, Background Noise, and Ramp Settings sections are now centered for better alignment
- Merged Preset Categories: Binaural and Monaural presets are now combined into one column
- Updated Preset Type Dropdown: Create Preset dropdown now shows "Binaural Beat / Monaural Beat" and "Isochronic Tone"
