Bug Fix Release

This patch release fixes a critical compilation error that prevented the workflow from running.

Bug Fixes

  • Fix variable name conflict: Renamed legendPattern variable to legend_pattern_path to avoid Nextflow process scope conflict
    • The variable name legendPattern was conflicting with Nextflow's internal scope, causing a "Variable already defined" compilation error
    • Added explicit def keyword to ensure proper variable scoping
    • This fix resolves the error: Variable 'legendPattern' already defined in the process scope @ line 768

Impact

This fix is required for v1.1.0 to work correctly. Users experiencing compilation errors should upgrade to v1.1.1 immediately.
